Individual Customers can pay using their credit/debit cards or digital wallets via Viva Wallet Smart Checkout.

Customers are redirected to a secure payments page by Viva Wallet and proceed to payment in a simple and secure way.

Smart Checkout for individual customers supports a wide variety of payment methods, including:

  • Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, JCB, Discover & Diners Club)
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later & Viva Wallet)
  • Local payment methods (Bancontact QR, BitPay, BLIK, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, IRIS, Klarna, MULTIBANCO, P24, Payconiq, PayU, Sofort, Trustly & WeChat Pay)

Wholesale/B2B Customers

After placing an order, Wholesale/B2B Customers receive an email with issued invoice and a Quick Pay link provided by Viva Wallet.

Quick Pay supports a wide variety of payment methods, including:

  • Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, JCB, Discover & Diners Club)
  • Certain Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay & Viva Wallet)
  • Certain Local payment methods (Bancontact QR, BitPay, BLIK, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, IRIS, MULTIBANCO, P24, PayU, Sofort, Trustly & WeChat Pay)
  • Certain Direct Debit & other payment methods (SEPA Direct Debit & Online Banking)

Wholesale/B2B Customers can also pay their order by a direct wire Bank transfer to our business bank account. Our bank account details are included in every issued invoice.

Domestic shipping to Cyprus & Greece is carried out by Elta Courier.

International shipping is carried out by DPD Courier.
